* chore(tests): Add missing coverage for badge system - Add `users/tests/test_chat_badges.py` to cover `ChatBadgeStrategy`. - Add `users/tests/test_badge_strategy_base.py` for base methods. - Add `users/tests/test_badge_system_remaining.py` to cover cache misses and remaining logic. - Clean up migration conflicts that were preventing test execution.
