Barış Keser db3fb6f0d2 Bump version to 9.3.5 and update authors order in pyproject.toml ...

- Added inclusion of TurkAnimu.png and TurkAnimu.ico for sdist and wheel formats.
- Changed dev-dependencies section to group.dev.dependencies and added toml as a dependency.

Update download directory setting in Dosyalar class to use the user's Downloads folder.

Enhance MainWindow with User ID entry and automatic update check functionality.
- Added a new section for other settings in the GUI.
- Implemented silent update check method.

Refactor UpdateManager to read current version from pyproject.toml if not provided.
- Updated download directory retrieval to use the path from ayarlar.json.
